- Are your services covered by my insurance plan?
Dr. Spicer is not a member of any HMO/PPO insurance plan. Many insurance policies provide out of network benefits that reimburse his services to varying degrees. He will provide assistance in completing insurance claim forms. Please see his insurance data packet for added details on how to submit your own insurance claims.

Dr. Spicer is flexible in his scheduling and usually can arrange an appointment within several business days of your call.
- What can I expect during my first appointment?
Dr. Spicer is interested in getting to know each patient individually so that he can understand their complaints and how these problems are currently affecting their lives. Once this process is accomplished, a treatment plan will be recommended.
- How long does treatment take?
The length of treatment is highly variable. It depends upon the nature of the presenting problems and the patient’s goals for treatment.
PRIVACY POLICY: Confidentiality is an absolute necessity for psychiatric treatment. Any release of information will be carefully considered and will only occur with permission and complete understanding by the patient.
